		<description>Hi Kim,
I really enjoyed watching your Video, it spoke to me in different awesome ways. I listened to this video first thing this morning and i am so glad I did. Thank you for sharing positivity and showing us that it is important to be yourself when running a business. I am definitely going back to my business model and make sure I have a clearer focus this month of August. God Bless.

To Your Success!

		<description>Hi Kim, Hi Ian,
You both seem to be talking about the same thing:
Focusing on THE POWER OF ONE and
Eliminating unnecessary clutter from our lives.
And if I could add one:  Make something happen - get yourself arrested if necessary.
We use to say this from the old Real Estate Days.
Thank you for the concepts.  This should help me move forward.  It also alerts me to moving ahead enough to make stuff happen.  And why do so many ambitious people come from other places outside the United States?

		<description>Hey Kim,

A great video. The 6 principles you mentioned are not only true to build business but to live life.

<description>Hey Kim, I just got the time to watch your video and I have to say it was really good!
Thanks for the free valuable content. I&#039;m glad to see I am now actually DOING the stuff you talk about in this video, I&#039;m taking massive action towards building my list and I&#039;m already starting to see some good results. I also try to provide value to my list on a regular basis like you teach.

You&#039;re right, I feel like I had all the knowledge in my head already.. was just too paralyzed and fearful to take action.. and doing some of the things I&#039;m doing now was out of my comfort zone. But now that I made it a MUST to succeed I expanded my comfort zone, started getting massive action and already have 1650 people on my list after 1 month. And best of all I know things will only get better as I continue working hard and smart.

Thanks again,
and I wish you all the best :)
keep it rocking!

		<description>Hi Kim,

Thanks for your video, which I have listened twice already. It is very inspiring for a fresh/raw beginner like me.

I just have a question for you. As I have just started building my list by buying solo ads (via Safe-Swaps), I just found out that GetResponse has a program on solo ads through their email system. Is it good to buy from GetResponse as well? Are the subscribers list of good, responsive quality?

Are there any other parties that you could suggest that I can focus on solo ads? What about Adf.ly...? Look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

<description>Wow, this video is timely. Don&#039;t go off into the weeds creating multiple properties is a sound philosophy. You will wind up getting nothing done - or be less then enthusiastic about products or services that do not ignite a passionate spark in your life. Penguin has all but thrown one of my websites out on an iceberg, never to know when it will see dry land again.

I have finally realized that I will have to put more emphasis on building a list and &quot;owning&quot; more of my customers instead of randomly relying on Google&#039;s free optimized traffic drugs. Something a certain woman named Kim has been preaching for a long time, but who&#039;s advice had fell on deaf ears - lol.

So now, I have my &quot;site&quot; set on building a web property that will fill in a niche within my industry. I want to start a membership site of sorts, but with an emphasis on a Woot.com - Groupon.com - style platform.

For example purposes, and because I don&#039;t want to reveal &quot;said niche&quot; here in an open forum, I will refer to my product as the generic go to example, blue widgets. For the record, I do not love all blue widgets, but I intensely &quot;like&quot; finding blue widget deals for customers.

The industry, at least how I see it, is basically fractured. Providing a central clearing house of blue widgets can (at least in my mind) offer a tremendous benefit for people who are looking for wholesale/resale bargains of blue widgets.

With all that being said, your video has prompted me to ask you a series of questions since one of your favorite modes of making money is membership sites. Let me apologize in advance, because my questions, like the many niches within the blue widget category, are many - lol. In addition, I know that you might have multiple thoughts on how to approach this - but your best ball park answers will do just fine.

1) If you were going to offer various wholesale or surplus deals on said widgets, would you set up a site to offer deals like Groupon - or Woot.com (finding a Groupon or Woot script is not hard to find, I have a few in mind)  or just a plain forum type of site, like Vbulletin?

2) Should I charge customers to sign up for the deals or let them sign up for free? If they can join for free - what type of commission should I charge the sellers? Most of the deals will be wholesale, surplus, and closeout lots - which will be in the 200 to 2000 dollar range. I was thinking for deals 200 to 1000 dollars, a 6% commission. For deals over 1000 dollars - a 2% commission.

3) I know that the best way is to go right to the source and ask, but do you have any ideas about how to approach companies - who do not sell on the web - to sign up as an affiliate vendor? If they are interested, should I get them to sign up at like Shareasale, or Commission Junction?

Or, could I start my own affiliate program? How would I do that, and what type of affiliate tracking software could I use that tracks affiliates that would pay me? In other words, there is plenty of affiliate tracking software that you can use to keep track of what you pay your affiliates like iDevAffiliate. But, I am wondering can I use this type of software to do the reverse. To track people who would owe me money - and not the other way around.

4) Marketing. I already have a small list of people that are interested in blue widgets, but I want to build a much bigger list, and expand the customer base.

Since I already know who to market to - I was wondering how you would cast a wider net? What would be just one, or two ways you would get traffic to the blue widget site to get people to sign up for the new whiz bang deals I will have to offer? I know you probably have more then several thoughts on this....

Here endeth the inquiry..

Again, I am sorry, about the length of this post and the varied questionnaire..
Thanks for any or all answers..

Warmest Regards..
Robert....</description>

		<description>Hey Kim,
I&#039;ve been so busy in my own micro lab that I almost missed this gem of a video you sent out.
I have opted out of pretty much everyone&#039;s list except for yours as you are the one responsible for getting be back on track with my own product.  I have been trying to stay focused on what it is I need to do in order to help more people on line  than I can in my &quot;sick care&quot; office each day.
Your words come with a sincerity and warmth that is refreshing to say the least.  I appreciate the caring and commitment you demonstrate to this community and look forward to being able to pay it forward one day.
